Today, Iraqi forces thwarted a terrorist bombing attempt targeting two electric power towers in Anbar Province, west of the country.
And the Iraqi News Agency, "WAA" quoted the Iraqi Intelligence Agency as saying in a statement that "the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency in the Ministry of Interior managed to thwart the process of detonating two electric power towers with explosive devices in the Heet district of Anbar Governorate," noting that the explosive devices were dismantled by a unit.
