Faced with the Covid-19 pandemic, the French hospital was faced with a shortage of caregivers.
However, on Thursday May 12, at the microphone of BFM TV and RMC, the Minister of Health Olivier Véran declared in front of Apolline de Malherbe:
“What gives me hope is that the most requested profession on Parcoursup in our country, it is the profession of nursing”
.
Is this really the case?
And can we consider that, in the coming years, the shortage of 60,000 nurses quantified by the national union of nursing professionals (SNPI) will be able to be reduced?
