Margaux, the singer's daughter, was indicted on Monday January 24 for
"witness tampering"
and placed under judicial supervision, according to information from

Earlier in the day, she was heard with the mothers of the two complainants.
The latter would have pressured their own daughters so that they do not denounce the actions of Jean-Luc Lahaye.
They had been indicted for
"non-denunciation of a crime"
and
"complicity in the rape of a minor over 15 years old"
in November.

At the time, Margaux Lahaye's police custody had been lifted due to her state of health.
Jean-Luc Lahaye was for his part indicted for

He had also been placed under the status of assisted witness for acts of

The facts date back to 2013. At that time, the 69-year-old singer is suspected of having had relations with two minors aged 15 to 17 at the time.

Now adults, the two young women had initially filed a complaint but had retracted.
