The investigation chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal decided this Friday not to grant the request for release from the lawyers of Cédric Jubillar, indicted for intentional homicide on June 18 on his wife Delphine Jubillar and detained in solitary confinement at the Seysses remand center, near Toulouse.

The lawyers for this 34-year-old painter and plasterer had made this new request for release, the third since this summer, on Tuesday during a hearing which took place in the absence of the accused.
