2021-11-29T12:36:00.923Z

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought health at work back to the forefront and reiterated the importance of personalized support and good working conditions to ensure both the health and safety of employees and also the performance of employees. companies. Efficiency ...

Interview with Thibaut FLEURY, Managing Director of Efficiency Health at Work, and Valérie

DUNAS, Director of Development.

Efficiency Occupational health is one of some 200 inter-company occupational health services operating nationwide.

Can you tell us what the specificities of your organization are?

TF: Efficience Santé au Travail is today a major player in prevention in Ile-de-France.

A little over five years ago, we undertook a growth strategy which should lead us, as part of our merger with SIST-VO, to support, as of January, nearly 20,000 companies and more. 265,000 employees.

There are more than 280 employees, including more than 110 health professionals (occupational physicians and occupational health nurses) and prevention experts (HSE engineers and technicians, technical assistants, ergonomists, toxicologists, occupational psychologists and social service assistants. ) which will operate in 26 centers spread over Paris and over a large part of the region.

Our core business is the prevention of occupational risks and job retention.

Our activity is highly regulated. It is legally and historically based on the principle of pooling and single pricing. We understood that this model severely limited the ability to adapt our services to specific business needs. Our desire to develop an appropriate complementary offer has been confirmed by the social partners and parliamentarians through the National Interprofessional Agreement of December 9, 2020 and the law of August 2, 2021.

VD: I joined in early 2021 Efficience Santé au Travail to better understand the needs of our client companies and enrich our offer with appropriate services.

We have very different companies in terms of their size, their sector of activity or even their maturity in terms of occupational health and safety management.

Their constraints, their expectations and their needs are obviously very different and we must take them into account in order to offer them adapted solutions.

Kerea: tailor-made prevention services in companies Kerea

In March 2021, you launched your Kerea subsidiary.

Why create such a structure and with what ambitions?

VD: At the outset, we realized that Efficience Santé au travail was not able to support certain companies with clearly expressed needs, in particular for services such as company nursing. This request seemed to us to be completely in line with our mission and we decided to respond to it. Beyond helping the company in fulfilling a regulatory obligation, this service provided by qualified nurses in occupational health made it possible to liaise with occupational physicians and ensure employee follow-up with a greater proximity and quality of service. It was also an opportunity to develop and implement prevention programs in public health within companies.

TF: Actually, we want to make Kerea a spearhead!

The Efficience Santé au Travail and Kerea duo aims to support our customers on all prevention needs and to go beyond recommendations.

It is therefore for us to create a global ecosystem able to meet all the prevention needs of companies.

It seems obvious to us that the best way to transform our recommendations into concrete actions is to be able to carry out these actions, either by ourselves or through our partners.

So what concrete services does Kerea offer its customers?

VD: Our fundamental offer is the provision of health professionals on company websites: occupational health nurses, social service assistants, occupational psychologists.

We are also developing more ad hoc offers, according to the needs expressed.

For example, we have set up discussion groups to support employees and managers following different situations: management of emotions, support, return to site, RPS, stress and anxiety, etc.

In a more structural way, in 2022 we plan to develop a training offer around prevention issues.

TF: In fact, we simply offer our client companies to make health and well-being at work real performance levers.
