A new scandal emerges in Deputies.

Despite the fact that in the last meeting of the president of the Chamber, Sergio Massa, with the heads of blocks they had agreed that face-to-face sessions would be held to deal with "conflictive" issues, now the Frente de Todos will seek to move forward with that and approve

a bill that changes the regulations,

prohibits sessions outside of Congress

and establishes the telematic system.

In Together for Change they denounce that the initiative is motivated by the search for a "blank check."

The text was presented by the ruling party Mayda Cresto and the idea is to discuss it next Monday in the Committee on Powers and Regulations Petitions.

If you obtain an opinion,

it can be approved with a simple majority in the venue.

The move occurs 10 days after the expiration of the current protocol that establishes the possibility of sessions with a majority in person for the topics that are requested by a block.

JxC had already presented a letter to Massa asking him in person to discuss the Extraordinary Contribution to Wealth - which obtained an opinion last week - and the 2021 Budget.

From the Chamber they point out that it

is a proposal from the Frente de Todos bloc, chaired by Máximo Kirchner.

Cresto presented two variants of the project, with minimal differences.

The central point is the one that modifies article 14 of the regulation and establishes that "the deputies will

not constitute a Chamber outside the session room, except in cases of force majeure".

But immediately afterwards he clarifies:

"When the Chamber is unable to hold face-to-face sessions, they will be carried out electronically.

The presidency will provide the connection platform, which will allow its operation to continue with total normality."

In turn, it establishes that to advance with "telematic sessions due to force majeure" it must be done by "resolution of parliamentary work

with the vote of the majority of the block presidents."

Upon learning of the project, Together for Change went into a rage.

"When the camera is unable to carry out face-to-face sessions": who establishes it?

With what criteria?

for how long?

It is a huge blank check "

, they point out from the bench

The deputy of the Civic Coalition pointed out against Massa and Vice President Cristina Kirchner: "Again Sergio Massa (read CFK) goes back with the face-to-face sessions at the HCDN. This time I will not go to Justice via Amparo. , to prevent me from entering the premises and the task of the legislator IN BANKING, "he wrote.
