Lady Kitty Spencer, the eldest daughter of Count Spencer, the younger brother of Princess Diana of Wales, got married this weekend in Rome to her boyfriend, the South African millionaire Michael Lewis.

She is 30 years old and he is 62, they have been together since the summer of 2018 and got engaged a little over a year and a half ago, in January 2020. For the bride it was their first marriage, while for Lewis it was the second.

Her union with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana has made the bride look no less than five creations from the Italian house for her wedding.

another with a green body and a large white skirt also with flowers;

a quarter in white with short sleeves and with sequins, rhinestones and flower applications;

and a fifth and last (the least seen) inlaid in gold.

The wedding took place on Saturday, July 24, at Villa Aldobrandini, a large estate with a palace and large gardens, built at the end of the 16th century in Frascati, about 40 minutes from the center of Rome. An immense, baroque place, very much in keeping with all the bride's clothing, and in whose rooms and exteriors the wedding was held, which ended with fireworks for the guests.

Lady Kitty is the daughter of Count Spencer — Diana's younger brother, 57 — and his first wife, Victoria. She is the oldest of the four children that the marriage had during the eight years they were together; after her came the twins Eliza and Amelia, who follow in her footsteps in fashion, and Luis, Viscount of Althorp and heir to the family estate.
