FIFA reported on Wednesday the final list of candidates for The Best award.
The award will be given by popular vote and the winners will be awarded on December 17, FIFA said in a statement.

In the list of candidates for best player, the quota for South America is given by the Brazilian Neymar, from Paris Saint-Germain, and the Argentine Lionel Messi, from FC Barcelona.
