A number of poets and storytellers participating in the literary festival organized by the Idlib branch of the Arab Writers Union in the Abu Rummaneh Cultural Center in Damascus focused on presenting national and social issues and issues in the manner of authentic poetry and short stories.
The poet Dr. Jihad Bekfaloni delivered poetic texts through which he expressed the importance of friendship and loyalty and the role of love in building society, in addition to criticizing the social reality in a sarcastic manner, committed to the music of poetry and the Arabic language and the link between the past and the present.
The writer Amani Al-Manea also wrote two short stories in which she adhered to the foundations of narrative construction and the Arabic language and the balance of the topic in which she reflected the reality of women and the importance of their presence in society.

The emotional, expressing the importance of social and human relations between members of society, which is supposed to be strong in the face of calamities thanks to the love of its children.
And the poet Dr. Nizar Bani al-Marjah in his texts typed between the two parts and the activation through humanitarian and patriotic issues, through which he touched on the conspiracies that were launched against Syria, especially in recent years, where his words came expressing the issues of the homeland and stressing the need to stand in the face of these conspiracies.
In his texts, the poet Dr. Bayan Al-Sayed criticized some of the mistakes that society is actually experiencing, stressing the need to seek solutions for them and the growth of human and social relations between people, and focusing on the importance of love, loyalty and honesty in dealing with building a healthy society, in a poetic style that adhered to the language and weightedness.
The head of the Idlib branch of the Arab Writers Union, the poet and journalist Muhammad Khaled al-Khidr, who ran the festival, presented poetic texts in which he expressed the tragedies caused by terrorism and the need to adhere to national unity and honesty in the face of conspirators.
