In the first stage of the final, a duel took place between Nufia Yedidia and Livi Panker.
Panker was the first to take the stage at Zappa Live Park in Rishon LeZion and sang "Fireworks" by Moshe Peretz.
She scored 69 percent, but Noafia, who performed Miri Masika's "Now you're coming back" scored a higher percentage than her and advanced to the next stage.
They were followed by Meitav Sherman, who performed Amir Benion's "You win everything with me" and Eliav Zohar, who sang "Sea of Tears" by Zohar Argov.
Sherman scored 72 percent and thus beat Eliav Zohar who scored 71 percent.
At the end of the first stage, the crowd at home decided as mentioned that Livy Panker will be eliminated from the finals, thus she reached fourth place.
