With an incidence rate of 67 cases per 100.00 inhabitants, Loire-Atlantique is trying to stem a rebound of Covid-19.
Initially established in 26 communes of Pornic Agglo Pays de Retz and Sud Retz Atlantique, the obligation to wear a mask in closed places has been extended, by a decree, to a larger part of Loire-Atlantique.
It is now applicable in 68 towns in the department, reports France Bleu.

Cinemas, bars, restaurants and other municipal libraries located in the Pays d'Ancenis, Châteaubriant Derval, South Retz Atlantique and Pornic Agglo Pays de Retz are thus concerned.
The prefecture followed the recommendations of the Regional Health Agency, in order to reduce the circulation of the virus and avoid the spread of the epidemic in the general population.

The decree is in effect for persons 11 years of age and over.
It was ratified until November 19.
The prefecture of Pays de la Loire has also taken another decree to prohibit, "
temporarily
", all musical festive gatherings until November 15 as well as the circulation on the roads of the department of any vehicle of more than one ton "
carrying sound equipment for these gatherings,
