Luhansk Ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik announced today that personal documents left by foreign mercenaries had been found before they fled with the Kyiv regime forces from the city of Lyschansk.
And the website of Russia Today channel quoted Miroshnik as saying in a statement: "We will prove the presence of foreign mercenaries and trainers here, and the documents found by our members and the Russian security forces will be evidence for the court and the UN Security Council."
Miroshnik added, "The West tried to say that this is not our conflict and we did not participate in it, but many people talked about the presence of foreigners here as trainers or mercenaries. This is the direct participation of foreign countries in the conflict in which they did not participate directly from their point of view.. And this is a crime."
Yesterday, Russian and Lugansk forces took control of the city of Lysechansk in the Lugansk People's Republic.
