Qare, one of the French champions, controlled by the fund of the insurer Axa, Kamet Ventures, changes hands.
It was acquired by HealthHero, which aims to become the European leader in e-health.
Unknown to the general public, HealthHero was founded in 2019 by Ranjan Singh, a digital health entrepreneur.
For two years, he has increased acquisitions in the United Kingdom (Doctorlink), Ireland (MyClinic) and Germany (Fernarzt).
This English group currently serves more than 22 million patients and performs nearly 3 million teleconsultations per year.
He is targeting
"tens of millions by the end of the decade."
With nearly 1 million teleconsultations last year, Qare is its biggest catch.
Its turnover, which it does not communicate, has increased tenfold since its creation four years ago.
