A man only faked an emergency in Middle Franconia.

He did it not for the first time: a middle Franconian faked a stroke to be driven home.
Now an ad awaits him.
Heidenheim – In order to be driven home, a man in Heidenheim (Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen district) dialed the emergency call – and faked a stroke.

However, he "didn't succeed in doing this convincingly," as the Middle Franconia police explained in a press release on Monday (8 August).
The 51-year-old had done this twice before, "but each time the background was just the desire to be driven home."

Man fakes a stroke in Central Franconia - police officers find significant alcohol consumption
The man is now being charged with abuse of emergency calls.
Instead of a stroke, the officials found him with more than two per thousand alcohol.
The alcoholization "could be shown credibly by a test that was carried out
," according to the police in the press release.
