The lifeless body of an infant, naked, was found in a trash can of an Ouigo train, reveals BFM Marseille from a police source.
The baby's age is not yet known, nor the circumstances of his death.

According to BFM, the train had arrived in Marseille shortly before 9 p.m. from Lille.
Bloodied toilet paper was also reportedly discovered at the scene.
An investigation has been opened.
