Take off the masks.
The government has decided to lift a number of restrictions, reassured by the good numbers of the epidemic which have followed one another for several weeks.
On Wednesday, Prime Minister Jean Castex announced that the French would no longer be forced to wear the mask outdoors.
Sunday will also come the total lifting of the curfew in the country.

During his press conference, the head of government, however, saw fit to specify that wearing a mask would remain mandatory in certain circumstances.
This Thursday evening, the Paris police headquarters issued a press release to specify the contours of the new regulations in force.
It establishes several situations in which the wearing of a mask must be respected.
In markets, flea markets and unpacking sales
During gatherings of people of all kinds on the public highway (protest or festive)
In public transport waiting areas (platforms, bus shelters)
In front of the entrances to schools and universities at entry and exit times.
In front of places of worship
In the queues that form in the public space (queue at the entrance of a store, a cinema, a bar, etc.).
The prefecture then adds that these provisions do not apply to people with disabilities. It also indicates that failure to comply with these provisions may give rise to a 4th class fine, which amounts to 135 euros. Wearing a mask also remains compulsory in all closed places open to the public.
