The Commission for Excellence and Creativity and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in the Russian capital Moscow signed a memorandum of scientific cooperation to establish joint research, cultural and educational activities and organize training camps for the Syrian Scientific Olympiad teams.
According to the memorandum signed by the head of the Excellence and Creativity Authority, Eng. Hala Dakkak, and the Vice President of the Institute for International Affairs, Marina Nevskaya, the two sides will cooperate in the establishment of research activities and training camps.
The aforementioned, organizing training courses for the students of the Authority in the laboratories of the Moscow Institute, exchanging faculty members, students, doctoral students and scientific researchers, organizing intensive scientific and educational workshops for the employees of the Excellence Authority, and providing assistance in developing its educational curricula.
The signing of the memorandum came during the visit of the Excellence Commission delegation to Russia with the aim of benefiting from the Russian scientific, educational and technical development in enhancing the scientific knowledge of distinguished generations in Syria in the secondary, university and higher education stages.
The signing of the memorandum was attended by Dr. Nikolai Kudryavtsev, President of the Institute, and Dr. Imran Quba, the scientific advisor to the Excellence and Creativity Authority.
