It's an unexpected return home.
After four years spent at LCI morning, Pascale de La Tour du Pin has just announced internally that she is leaving the TF 1 group. Desiring to change the incarnation of her antenna and in particular on 6 to 9 o'clock, the management of the news channel had offered another time slot to the 43-year-old journalist.
After a few days of reflection, the latter finally said yes ... to the competition.
According to our information, it is on BFMTV that she will make her comeback, at the helm of a daytime section which will be a new challenge for her.
From 2010 to 2017, Pascale de La Tour du Pin co-presented “Première Édition” with Christophe Delay, from 6 am to 8:30 am, just before the political interview with Jean-Jacques Bourdin. This very complementary duo had enabled BFMTV to carve out a good share of the morning audiences, by positioning itself in ambush behind “Télématin”. Their touch? Information and complicity, which has been refined over the years, winning the loyalty of up to 550,000 viewers on average (16% of PDAs) over the past year. At the time, it was ten times more than LCI, which thought at the time to capitalize on a good battle.
Before that, the journalist, born in Périgueux (Dordogne), began her radio career on Radio France Périgord, then joined the airwaves of BFM (now BFM Business) in 2002 to stay there until 2008. This year- there, she then goes on BFMTV, the news channel of the same group, replacing Stéphanie de Muru. She will also officiate alongside Thomas Sotto on the "Info HQ".
