The Marseille criminal court looked into this Tuesday, September 27 on the personality of Nadine O., the driver of the school bus hit on December 14, 2017 by a TER on a level crossing in Millas (Pyrénées-Orientales) with a terrible record of six schoolchildren who died and 17 others injured.
And this, in the absence of the defendant, still hospitalized since her illness last Thursday.
The three judges had the particular objective of understanding what she describes as a "black hole" before the accident, since she still maintains that the barriers were open while direct expertise and testimony have been claiming the opposite for a week.
