The Minister of Health, Dr. Hassan Al-Ghobash, confirmed that the health situation in the city of Aleppo is “very good,” pointing out that work is underway to rehabilitate all health centers that have been damaged by smuggling to provide the best services to the people.
During his meeting with the directors of hospitals and public bodies affiliated with the Ministry and members of the People's Assembly, Dr. Al-Ghobash drew attention to the importance of every worker in the medical sector playing his role in addition to making efforts to fully succeed in the work, noting the efforts of the cadres working in the health sector to address the Corona pandemic.
Al-Ghobash indicated that the process of vaccinating medical personnel with the anti-Coronavirus vaccine “took place in an optimal manner” in the city of Aleppo, explaining that the Ministry of Health is working on contracting with specialized medical competencies to avoid any shortage of cadres and is working to speed up the routine procedures for the ministry’s competitions.
The participants' theses focused on the necessity of providing hospitals with medical, technical and nursing personnel, service and ambulance vehicles, finding solutions to the outstanding problems in the issue of medical devices and their maintenance, as well as finding solutions to secure lost medicines and faster rehabilitation of health centers affected by terrorism in the southern countryside of Aleppo.
During the meeting, the cadres and companies contributing to the completion of the rehabilitation of El-Ayoun Hospital, which was damaged by terrorism, and which will be put into service tomorrow, were honored during the meeting.
The meeting was attended by Hussein Diab, Governor of Aleppo.
