Monkey pox: a first case of infection confirmed in France

The man who contracted the virus in Île-de-France has no history of travel to a country where the virus is circulating, according to health authorities.


A first confirmed case of monkeypox was detected Thursday in Ile-de-France, announced this Friday, May 20 the Directorate General of Health.
