Moral des Décideurs returns to its pre-crisis records

The synthetic index of "Moral of decision-makers" is the average of the indices collected on each of the recurring questions of the barometer of decision-makers "Viavoice-HEC Paris-

-BFM Business". The questions asked, always the same, are five in number: do you think that within a year, the standard of living in France on the whole will improve or deteriorate? Will the number of unemployed decrease or increase? Will your financial situation get better or worse? Are your employees currently motivated or not motivated? Are the opportunities for advancing your career large or small? For each question, the index is the difference of the percentage of positive answers and negative answers.

This index has been measured since February 2004 and therefore offers a good indication of variations over time depending on the events that occur: dropout (from -9 to -20) in spring 2006 at the time of anti-CPE demonstrations;
