Serious allegations against entrepreneur Peter R. (64): The man from Munich is said to have raped a woman in his apartment.
In court she described her martyrdom.
Munich – "He kept staring at me even though he was there with a young girl".
This is how Maria K. (37) describes the first contact with Peter R. (64) - the man who allegedly raped her.
She first met him in the middle of 2019 in the noble restaurant Hugo's and found him to be quite pushy.
"But in the end we exchanged cell phone numbers," says Maria P.
A meeting took place about two weeks later.
"After my German test we went out to eat." Later the two were still in the 089 bar.
But that night the crime that is now being heard at the Munich district court is said to have happened.
Here Peter R. has to answer criminally.
"I just wanted to sleep with him," says Maria P., who is connected via video in the courtroom.
Her voice becomes brittle when it comes to the crime: Peter R. is said to have gotten into bed at night and, according to the indictment, pulled off the Brazilian's pajama pants in order to penetrate her.
Munich: 37-year-old says after rape: "The worst moment of my life"
Plagued by pain, the 37-year-old woke up.
She says: "He lay down on me from behind and held me tight.
I said: No, please no!
But he didn't stop." It was the worst moment of her life.
"When you realize: This is really happening right now - and you have no chance."
After the alleged crime in Peter R.'s Ottobrunn apartment, he drove her to a friend in Schwabing.
"I then called the police there," says Maria P. Peter R. denies the allegations through his lawyer Marc Wederhake.
He demands acquittal - the public prosecutor, however, three years in prison.
The verdict will be made shortly.
