Chen Zhaoshi also pointed out that many details are still being finalized. The Innovation and Technology Bureau is designing registration procedures and there should be an online registration system. As for whether the samples will be taken by the citizens themselves or with the assistance of professional medical care, the sampling methods are deep throat saliva or throat swabs. Chen Zhaoshi pointed out that each method is effective in science, but the details are still being discussed.
