RTL Group, our shareholder for thirty-five years, has decided to retain its stake in M6.
We worked for two years on a consolidation plan with the Bouygues and TF1 groups.
Unfortunately, the Competition Authority decided that this operation was not possible.
We can regret it.
No doubt, our market analysis was ahead.
However, television channels today share the same audience, the same programs, the same customers as video streaming platforms.
I think this attempt at consolidation is a missed opportunity.
