Every once in a while, the presence of women in Israeli music comes up for discussion in the world of culture.
In this context, the number of radio broadcasts of singers versus singers increases, the ratio of successful singers to singers, and also the performances.
The situation is certainly dismal, and there is no doubt that this is an important discussion, but as it arises so it has disappeared and there is nothing new under the playlist.
Despite everything, this summer brings with it a new line, and I'm happy to dedicate the post to it: Summer 2022 will be the first summer in which four Mediterranean singers will perform on the Caesarea stage: Zehava Ben, Sarit Hadad, Eden Ben-Zaken and Nasreen (and that's before we mentioned Breakthrough of the year and the promising singer, Odia, who has already performed there this summer).
Four awesome singers who each deserve this respectable stage.
Ben and Hadad, two old foxes, with a wide reporter.
For Haddad this stage is natural, and maybe that's why she chose to hold the show on her birthday.
Ben, on the other hand, went through many upheavals in his career, and with the comeback sponsored by Big Brother, she only appeared last year, and this year she will return again.
In the younger sector Ben-Zaken and Nasrin, two singers who managed to break through and succeed in places that many before them failed, do it hugely - and with the right choices all the good in front of them.

True, Caesarea of 2022 is not Caesarea of 2002. If in the past it was reserved for the giants, in the current era the stage is significantly accessible, as evidenced by the young singer Odia, who just broke out and has already performed there recently.
However, it is impossible not to faint from the beautiful sequence and the female presence of the Mediterranean.
We like to talk about what's bad, but it's also worth noting what's good - and for more than 10,000 ticket buyers it's not obvious, in a genre that has been dominated for many years by an overwhelming majority of men.
Now it only remains a question of hosting each other, and more singers from other genres, and only then will this celebration be complete.
