The 9-day weather forecast of the Observatory showed that the temperature on Sunday was between 26 and 33 degrees, which was generally fine and very hot during the day.
The last highest temperature this year was 32.6 degrees on April 23, which means that this Sunday has a chance to break this year's highest temperature. Under normal circumstances, the Observatory will issue a very hot weather warning when the temperature is 33 degrees or above.
From Monday to Friday, there will be sunshine for some or short periods of time, and there will be a few or one or two showers in some areas, and it will start to be sunny on Saturday until next Wednesday.
The Observatory said that due to the southerly air currents, the weather along the south China coast continued to be hot this week, with a few showers. The high-altitude anticyclone will intensify later this week.
A broad area of low pressure is expected to bring unstable weather to the southern Philippines in the middle of next week.
