London-Sana
Oil prices retreated today to give up gains made earlier.
Reuters reported that Brent crude futures fell 35 cents, or 0.8 percent, to $ 42.97 a barrel, as US West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell 35 cents, or 0.9 percent, to $ 40.30 a barrel.
The benchmarks rose more than two percent yesterday, supported by stronger-than-expected US jobs data.
