Ingredients

    • 3 medium tortillas

    • 2 cans of tuna in olive oil

    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

    • 2 chopped pickles

    • 1 roasted red pepper, peeled and cut into thin strips

    • ½ Coriander

    • 1 stalk chopped green onion

    • ¼ A teaspoon of salt

  • To serve:

    • Sriracha

Preparation

How do you make a taco stuffed with Mexican tuna salad?

  • 1 Place the tortillas on an oven rack and bake for about 7 minutes at 170 degrees, until they become stiff.

    Cool them.

  • 2 Mix the salad ingredients together and set aside some fresh coriander.

  • 3 Fill the tuna salad, sprinkle coriander on top and serve with srircha.
