Ingredients
3 medium tortillas
2 cans of tuna in olive oil
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 chopped pickles
1 roasted red pepper, peeled and cut into thin strips
½ Coriander
1 stalk chopped green onion
¼ A teaspoon of salt
To serve:
Sriracha

How do you make a taco stuffed with Mexican tuna salad?
1 Place the tortillas on an oven rack and bake for about 7 minutes at 170 degrees, until they become stiff.
Cool them.
2 Mix the salad ingredients together and set aside some fresh coriander.
3 Fill the tuna salad, sprinkle coriander on top and serve with srircha.
