The excavation operation carried out to find the body of Marlaine Marquis, thirty-three years after her disappearance, only lasted a full day.
At midday on Wednesday June 29, the entire system deployed in a field located in the town of La Chapelle-Souëf (Orne) was lifted and the gendarmes responsible for controlling access left the scene.
However, according to a source close to the investigation, no conclusive discovery has been made.
