After more than half a century of activity, the English group Genesis bowed out following a final concert in London on March 26th.

Even if they had already made this announcement in 2007 after a world tour, it would seem that these new farewells are final.

Very diminished by recurring and multiple health problems, Phil Collins will not be able to continue beyond this new limit.

This unique documentary retraces the rehearsals of the show they presented in the United States last fall and in Europe at the end of winter.

The three immutable members of the group since 1978

We see the three members of the formation of Genesis, unchanged since 1978: Tony Banks (keyboards), Mike Rutherford (guitar and bass) and Phil Collins on vocals.

The latter, who was their emblematic drummer, has not been able to play for more than ten years.

It is now his 20-year-old son, Nic, who officiates in his place.

The young man is also the most impressed during the first rehearsal, in 2020…
