(ANSA) - TURIN, 30 JUN - Passepartout is the program of extraordinary guided tours to discover the secret spaces, normally closed to the public, of the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, a monumental complex on the outskirts of Turin.
On Saturday 9 July it will be possible to reach the top of the Juvarra dome, to walk along the suggestive balconies overlooking the large central hall, to look closely at the Juvarra barcarovesciata roof with its complex wooden framework and admire from above a unique panorama that extends 360 degrees below. the deer, symbol of the Stupinigi hunting lodge.
"Sotto il cervo" is an exclusive visit to the wonderful wooden environment that houses the dome of the central pavilion, created by Juvarra.
From the double-height oval central hall you walk through 50 steps to reach the characteristic concave-convex balcony and finally arrive, through a narrow spiral staircase with additional 50 steps, to the top of the Juvarra dome to admire the pavilion roof supported by a complex wooden framework and to recognize from above, the architectural project by Juvarra which with perfect geometries creates an extraordinary scenographic layout for the time.
To participate in the guided tours - only Saturday 9 July at 10.30, 12.14.30 and 16 (duration about an hour) - reservations are required.
Given the particularity of the place,
normally not accessible to the public, visitors will be equipped with a protective helmet, for this reason only adults and children over 12 years of age can access.
It is necessary to be in good health and in such physical conditions as to allow you to climb some disc ramps on foot.
You must wear comfortable clothing and closed footwear, such as sneakers or light trekking shoes.
