Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh called on the UN Security Council to take a serious and feasible decision

Occupied Jerusalem-SANA

Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh called on the UN Security Council to take a serious and feasible decision to provide protection for the Palestinian people and to stop the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the third day, which led to the death of 31, including 6 children, and the injury of more than 260 Palestinians.

Shtayyeh stressed in a press conference today that the crimes of the Israeli occupation during this aggression will be added to the files submitted to the International Criminal Court within the framework of the diplomatic and legal move to expose the ongoing massacres of the occupation against the Palestinian people before international forums.

Shtayyeh stressed that the open aggression against the Palestinian people is an extension of the policy of intimidation and colonialism pursued by the Zionist entity to suppress and break the will of the Palestinians by targeting their holy sites and stealing their lands, pointing to the importance of national unity in confronting the crimes and violations of the occupation.

The Palestinian presidency confirmed earlier today that the Israeli occupation's continued aggression against the Gaza Strip and the settlers' intensification of their storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque is a dangerous escalation, calling on the international community to immediately intervene to stop it.
