Palio di Siena: the Leocorno district wins

, known as Tittia, on the horse Violenta da Clodia, won the Palio di Siena tonight dedicated to the Madonna dell'Assunta.

The Leocorno led the Career in the lead from the start to the Mossa for all three laps of Piazza del Campo. 

For the jockey Giovanni Atzeni it is the ninth Palio di Siena won, the fourth in a row.
