The Paris metro pays tribute to Joséphine Baker.
The artist, who will enter the Pantheon on November 30, will have his name attached to that of the line 13 station, Gaîté, his son Brian Bouillon-Baker announced on Monday.

A last concert in Bobino
It was in Bobino that the icon of the Roaring Twenties gave his last concert, April 9, 1975, victim of a cerebral hemorrhage the next day.
She died two days later at age 68.
Jean-Claude Dauzanne, director of the music hall, then closed the doors of Bobino for eight days as a sign of mourning.

On November 30, the one who made her first appearance at the Champs-Élysées theater in 1925 will enter the Panthéon.
