Perminov: The Kyiv regime's acceptance of negotiations with Russia is subject to the approval of the West

A member of the Defense Committee of the Russian Federation Council, Dmitry Perminov, confirmed that the Kyiv regime will not enter into negotiations with Russia without permission from the West, noting that if Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky accepted Russia's conditions, he would have preserved his country and its people.

And the RT channel quoted Perminov as saying today that “Zelensky is completely dependent on America and Europe, and he is not an independent figure in terms of making political decisions and implements everything they tell him,” noting that the Americans “have said quite frankly that they will fight until the last Ukrainian and Zelensky implements the instructions he receives.” Completely from the outside, and all his actions are indicative of that.”

Perminov added: The negotiations between Moscow and Kiev could save many lives and Zelensky had to abide by the conditions set by Russia long ago.
