A 19-year-old IDF soldier was fatally wounded today (Monday) after apparently falling from a vehicle on Road 6 in the section between the Horshim Interchange and the Eyal Interchange.
MDA medics and paramedics treated the wounded man and evacuated him to Beilinson Hospital in an unstable condition with a head injury while he was anesthetized and respirated.
A senior paramedic riding an MDA motorcycle, Assaf Wadai, said: "The wounded man was lying on the road unconscious and suffering from a severe head injury.
We gave him medical treatment that included stopping bleeding, giving life-saving medications and we breathed it out.
We put him in an intensive care unit and evacuated him to the hospital when his condition was serious and unstable. "
