Meanwhile, the province of Bolzano approves a law that accelerates Phase 3 during the night. And the government announces that it will challenge it since it is expected to open a series of shops, including hairdressers and bars from Monday. 

The governor of Emilia Romagna Stefano Bonaccini makes it known that the Regions have asked the government to be able to decide independently from 18 May.
