It is forbidden to drive and learn to drive in restricted areas where learning to drive is prohibited.
During the operation, officers intercepted 52 vehicles in the popular learning places in Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan and Sha Tin, and asked 10 offending driving instructors and 10 learners to learn to drive during non-learning hours, to drive and learn to drive in restricted areas where learning to drive is prohibited. There are no violations of the "learning" plate and other violations for ticket prosecution.
The police stated that they attach importance to violations involving learning to drive vehicles and continue to strengthen targeted enforcement actions against related crimes. The police appeal to driving instructors not to try the law with their own hands to protect the safety of learners and other road users.
