Fürstenfeldbruck - Third Mayor Birgitta Klemenz opened the three-week cycling competition organized by Aktion Klimabündnis at Niederbronnerplatz. When the weather was nice, the Bruckers cycled - under the direction of the ADFC - together with the participants who had previously arrived from Grafrath and Mammendorf via Gernlinden and the Olchinger See to Puchheim to the Green Market. Puchheim's mayor, Norbert Seidl, welcomed the around 35 people and surprised them with brass music, a drink and a small lunch bag. Despite the masks, it was obvious from the people that they enjoyed the tour and the short stopover. After a convoy through Puchheim, it went straight back to Fürstenfeldbruck.

Anyone who is not yet registered but would like to take part in city cycling can register on the website www.stadtradeln.de/fuerstenfeldbruck. In addition to the award ceremony for the most hard-working teams by the city of Fürstenfeldbruck and the raffle by the district office among those who have driven at least 100 kilometers, there is also a paper chase this year. There are a total of three stations with a city bike banner in three different municipalities. A picture of the bike will be taken there. The banner stations and the conditions of participation can also be found on the city cycling page.
