Antonio Conte followed up after the angry tussle with Thomas Tuchel.
Regarding a video in which the German coach of Chelsea FC cheered past him after the 2-1 win, the Tottenham Hotspur coach wrote on Instagram on Monday night: “Luckily I didn’t see you … you a leg it would have been well deserved...' He captioned this with three laughing smileys.
Both coaches saw the red card on Sunday evening because of their dispute after the 2-2 draw in the London derby.
When the two shook hands after the final whistle, they would not let go at first, yelled at each other and had to be separated.
Tuchel downplays the scene
Tuchel took the tussle less resentfully than Conte.
»No one was insulted, we didn't have a fistfight.
It's not a big deal to me, it was part of this game.
I enjoyed it, I believe him too.
It wasn't bad," said Tuchel.
Opponent Conte suggested that he and Tuchel should simply refrain from shaking hands next time.
"He stays on his bench, I stay on my bench with my colleagues on one side and there's no problem," said the Italian.
He hopes that he and Tuchel will not be banned from their next games because of the scenes.
