The preseason games in the NBA continued tonight as well (Monday through Tuesday) with no fine basketball, just before the new season in the best league in the world kicks off.
At the center of the games was the confrontation between Philadelphia and Brooklyn when the one who came to watch his teammates was none other than Ben Simmons, whose future is still in the fog.
Simmons saw his teammates lead throughout the game en route to a 104: 115 victory when the advantage peaked at 29 points.
The one who swept his teammates to victory over one of the main contenders for the title was the Turkish Purken Kurkmaz who finished with 27 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds.
Isaiah Joe added 20 when on the other side, Kevin Durant finished with 23 points and James Harden with 21.

In Miami, the intriguing team that reached the finals two seasons ago, tonight looked less good than the previous games in preparation but still managed to beat Charlotte 103: 104.
3:37 to end the Hornets climbed to a 12-point lead, but an impressive comeback from the Heat led to a reversal.
Am Adbayo stood out in the Miami ranks with 18 as Kyle Laurie added 15 points of his own.
For the loser, Miles Bridges finished with 22 points and Lamello Bull contributed 19 of his own.
