President Lieutenant-General Bashar al-Assad visited the Higher Military Academy in Damascus today.
President al-Assad met the graduate officers from the thirty-sixth session (command and staff) and called them to continue developing their sciences because the leader is distinguished from subordinates, not by military rank, but by knowledge that does not stop at the borders of military sciences, but rather expands to include all fields.
President al-Assad indicated that we are in Syria, and we are in the midst of the war, doing what we can for development, and this development includes all military, economic, organizational and ideological fields.
President al-Assad congratulated the officers on their graduation and spoke to them in several titles about the importance of military science and academic work, the lessons and lessons we draw from the war, the position of the Syrian Arab Army institution in the heart of Syria’s national history, and the reasons why the Syrian people stood behind this institution, in addition to the positive steadfastness based on work, development and organization.
