US President Joe Biden was recorded tonight (Tuesday) cursing a Fox News reporter, Peter Dossey, after he was asked a question about inflation in the United States.

At the end of a press conference with the president, the reporter asked if he "thinks inflation is a political asset" for him.

In response to a question, Biden cursed at him, when it was unclear whether he understood he was being heard on the speaker or not.

The comment came at the end of a press conference in which White House officials provided updates on efforts to combat inflation, which recently reached 7%.

Biden, who also addressed questions about the growing crisis in Ukraine, said he wanted to address only questions on the subject for which the press conference had convened.

White House officials said this month that inflation would be temporary, but Democrats expressed concern that it would have long-term political consequences.
