Tennis player Andrea Petkovic pulls it in front of the camera. The current number 75 in the world will in future lead on Sunday through the ZDF sports report. Petkovic has long been working as a columnist alongside her active sports career, writing lyrics for the Süddeutsche Zeitung. Fuhrmann considers her perfect for the job: "She is a great tennis player, a great personality with a lot of charm and clear opinion, and she has a special talent in front of the camera."
Petkovic wants to continue playing on the WTA tour in 2020, her ZDF dates are to be matched with the tournament dates. On Thursday is played at the ATP tournament in Luxembourg against the German Antonia Lottner.
