Less than a month after being named global ambassador for the luxury brand Dior, both for the world of men's fashion and for the perfume Sauvage Dior, Kylian Mbappé unveiled a new partnership this Thursday.
This is the American eyewear brand Oakley.
The PSG striker posted a one-minute clip made for the occasion on his Instagram account to 64.5 million subscribers.
“Today I begin a new adventure as part of #TeamOakley, together on a mission to inspire others to believe in themselves,” he wrote in the comment.
An idea that he also wanted to convey with his recent autobiographical comic strip, in the form of a graphic novel, “My name is Kylian” with which he wishes to “deliver the message that you must always follow and believe in your dreams.
No one will believe it for you”.

Oakley and Dior are added to the three other major partners of the child of Bondy: Nike, Hublot and EA Sports.
The video of the prop tells the false legend “of a boy from the Parisian suburbs born with a gift and who would be the chosen one”.
"It was not a gift that led him to the top," says the voiceover.
But “his failures before succeeding, the study of the greatest before becoming one” and ultimately taking control of his destiny.
In a press release, the brand explained: "Because he is a generational talent at just 23 years old, Oakley wanted Kylian Mbappé to join his team not for his prowess on the field, but for the person he is. outside of it."
On the site, we can read this quote from Mbappé: “I identify with Oakley in many ways: the rupture, the spirit of innovation and the dynamic of wanting to create positive change”.
In the past, we remember that Oakley had long been linked to Lance Armstrong before breaking his contract with the American cyclist in 2012, due to the cancellation of his seven Tour de France victories for doping.
