Putin pointed out the need to motivate young scientists in the field of artificial intelligence, raise bonuses up to 30 million rubles, get rid of bureaucratic barriers that hinder his work, provide all services to facilitate its use, establish special centers related to helping rely on these technologies, and introduce curricula for teaching these technologies through educational institutions, stressing The introduction of artificial intelligence and robots leads to the emergence of jobs that require high skills, not to increase unemployment.
Putin stressed that Russian companies show a variety of ideas in the field of artificial intelligence, and during the next year they will be able to benefit from tax incentives to purchase and implement local information technology solutions, pointing to the importance of ensuring the intensive introduction of artificial intelligence in all fields during the next ten years.
Putin indicated that Russia's position in the world, its sovereignty, security and ability depends on preserving the results it has achieved and its ability to solve the problems of economic, industrial and social development at a qualitatively new level.
Putin instructed to support the development of domestic cloud technologies in Russia, and called on the State Duma to pass a law on access to "anonymous data" as soon as possible.
Putin also asked Moscow City Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Yuri Vorobyov to use the platform of the State Council to bring their expertise in using AI to different regions in Russia.
