Russian President Vladimir Putin considered that the industrial enterprises of the Russian state corporation Rostec, which produce civilian products, now have a chance to position themselves in the country's domestic market.
According to RIA Novosti news agency, Putin expressed his position during a meeting held today with the head of Rostec Corporation, Sergey Chemezov, who briefed the Russian President on the company's work performance.
Chemezov informed Putin about the growth in production of products for civilian use by the KAMAZ companies and Russia's helicopters of Rostec.
For his part, Putin commented on this, saying: Now there is an opportunity to take a share in the Russian market.
In light of the pressures of Western sanctions imposed on Russia, foreign companies announced their withdrawal or suspension of their business in Russia, while Moscow confirmed that the void created by the companies' withdrawal will not remain empty and will be filled by local companies or from other countries.
