Several people were struck by a TER train on Tuesday, near the Saint-Jean-de-Luz station, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, according to information from RTL which has been confirmed to us.
The train had left Hendaye and was heading for Bordeaux.
The incident took place around 6 a.m.
At least three people have died, according to a still uncertain toll.
The judicial police are on site.
