The Speaker of the Iranian Islamic Consultative Assembly, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, announced that according to the Strategic Action Law, Iran wants to obtain guarantees that America has abandoned the policy of maximum pressure, indicating that any agreement should lead to the abolition of the embargo and benefit from the interests of the nuclear agreement.

"The nuclear agreement is an international document signed between Iran and the major powers that has won the ratification of the Security Council and the United Nations, but the Americans during the era of Donald Trump have deliberately withdrawn from it, and it cannot be accepted," Qalibaf was quoted as saying by IRNA. Qalibaf called for upgrading the economic and agricultural relations between Iran and Switzerland and activating the role of private sector owners in this regard, noting the role of Switzerland in assuming the responsibility of protecting American, Canadian and Saudi interests.
